Project Description: Prime Healthcare Properties identified a value-add acquisition at Standridge Road and HWY 121 in The Colony. We acquired the property in 2012 with major vacancy. Prime stabilized the property by leasing 100% of the building, with the anchor ASC providing highly specialized procedures to children worldwide.

Project Description: Prime Healthcare Properties partnered with local physicians and Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center of Chesterfield (“OASCC”) to acquire and renovate a vacant surgery center into a state-of-the-art, 100% leased facility. The surgery center will bring world-class surgical services to Creve Coeur, a submarket of St. Louis and is managed by Lync Health Partners.

The building fronts Highway 287, a major growth corridor south of Dallas, facilitating efficient access for patients and high visibility for the surgery center and all other clinics.
Willow Park Healthcare Campus (PHASE I)

Project Description: The first phase of the Willow Park Medical Campus consists of two buildings; the Texas Health Orthopedic & Spine Center and an adjacent medical office building. Both partnerships were syndicated between Prime Healthcare Properties and local physicians. The Texas Health Orthopedic & Spine Center is a monumental development on Interstate 20 bringing leading surgeons in DFW to Willow Park, TX. The 22,500 square foot, freestanding facility is an alliance between Texas Health Resources, SCA Health, and local physicians. The adjacent multi-tenant MOB is 20,000 square feet and delivers clinic space and multiple ancillary medical services to Willow Park.

Project Description: Prime Healthcare Properties is partnering with Velocis to develop the Willow Park Medical Plaza; a continuation of the destination medical campus Prime is developing in Willow Park. The Willow Park Medical Plaza will be a 102,000 square foot, Class-A medical campus adjacent to the first phase surgery center and MOB. The campus continuation will consist of two buildings (57,400 square feet and 44,600 square feet) and deliver a wide range of healthcare services creating a premier healthcare destination for North Texas.

Phase two is scheduled to start in 2023.
